We are loving having Ben around! Today we went to the pool. Ben has been living here with us in the tropics since April and this was his first time to the pool! (When you take a look at how white he is though that information probably didn't come as a surprise) Our little Chase is slowly warming up to the concept of swimming. I think having daddy there made him feel better about it. Ben is convinced that the reason Chase isn't too happy at the pool is because I make him wear that hat. Whatever, I think it's cute. Ben takes it off him every chance he gets. Right before we left we were talking with Will, who wanted more pictures of Chase's concerned face in the water. I think Chase delivered on that one! Although in a few pictures he's actually looking more on the happy side! Progress!
Then we came home and Chase was pretty happy to play around on the floor.

Whenever Ben is around, Chase tends to be pretty content to play on the floor like this.
I swear as soon as Ben leaves, Chase demands me to hold him.
Oh well, it's cute and nice while it lasts!

ReplyDeleteI for one love the hat. It's cute and protects that cute little white head :) And, I have the same problem with Ethan. He's so good with daddy around, but when it's just me and him, he needs me every second!
