Who do you think won?
Chase has been a difficult little eater lately. He still loves bananas, banana bread, yogurt, cottage cheese, quesedillas, applesauce, and of course- cookies. Vegetables end up on the floor. So do scrambled eggs, chicken, bread, and anything else he isn't feeling particularly cooperative about eating. Pretty much anything I try to feed him for dinner also gets thrown on the floor, I think he's too tired to cooperate with eating at that point. Either way, I know he's clearly getting enough food, but with our already limited resources finding food he wants to eat is a bigger challenge. And I have to clean the floor more often, like after every meal. I'm hoping it's a phase that will end soon. Last week we had the following conversation:Me: Chase! We do not throw food.
Chase: Looks at me with beautiful innocent eyes and throws more food on the floor.
Me: No no! Chase, do we throw food?
Chase: Nods head yes and says "yeah"
Maybe I need to change my tactics? The message is not getting through.
Wesley does the same thing. So frustrating.
