We started celebrating the most wonderful time of the year! Four kids means four times the magic. And also maybe four times the exhaustion!
I had a fun night making wreaths with my mom and Kate. I loved having it hanging on my door all month long!
Lila loved the tree, and playing at the window by the tree :) This was one of her favorite spots all month long.
We did a fun special service project to begin our month of service. While Nana and Papa were in Boston with Heidi over Thanksgiving, we decorated their house for Christmas! My mom was so happy when she came home and saw it all done. Her house looks so beautiful all done up for Christmas- but it is a lot of work!
We did our annual kick-off to Christmas party. I love this tradition. We decorate the tree together. The kids were all so into it. I love watching them reminisce about each ornament and recall why it’s special and which year they got it or made it. Lila loved helping this year. Then they got to open their new Christmas jammies (Ben and I even got matching ones this year!) and we snuggled up and watched ELF together!
